At the back of the house we have a beautiful sheltered area where you can sit in the warmth of the morning and midday sun whilst watching and listening to the various activities around the loch.
In and around the loch at different times of year you can see Whooper Swans, Tufted Duck, Teal, Mallard, Oyster catchers, Lapwings, Redshanks, Curlews, Black Tailed Godwits as well as Golden and White Tailed Eagles, Merlin, Short Eared Owls and Hen Harriers.
You can often watch the show from the garden without the need to go anywhere.
